It is the continuing policy of the firm to provide equal-opportunity employment to all employees and applicants, and to not discriminate because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, orientation or marital status. This policy relates to all employment decisions, including those in connection with recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, termination, and all other terms and conditions of employment. All our policies are in accordance with federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity principles and other related laws.The firm will undertake and continue existing equal employment opportunity programs to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities without discrimination and shall make and document its conscientious and active efforts to employ and utilize minority group members and women in its workforce.
The firm condemns and will not tolerate any conduct calculated to intimidate, harass, or otherwise discriminate against any employees on the grounds listed above. Any employee who believes that his or her rights have been violated under this policy should immediately inform the Managing Partner. If the Managing Partner is not available, another partner should be informed immediately.
This policy prohibits retaliation against an individual who, in good faith, opposes or reports harassment or discrimination that he or she reasonably believes violates this policy, or who provides information in connection with a complaint. Any reported retaliation will be treated in the same manner as harassment and will be handled in a similar fashion.
