Muditha HalliyaddeSenior Associate
Muditha concentrates her practice in commerical and civil litigation and has broad experience in trial matters including creditor’s rights, collections, insurance litigation, personal injury, and immigration. Muditha enjoys practicing in diverse litigation areas such as complex commercial litigation, partnership and contract disputes, significant employment-related disputes, and difficult insurance coverage disputes. She has handled numerous cases from inception to completion
Prior to joining Vahey Getz, Muditha was a former career diplomat and, in this role, she engaged in international trade negotiation and conflict resolution. Muditha has written and lectured on various international legal topics relating primarily to conflict resolution, diplomacy, terrorism, and peace studies.
Muditha holds two Masters Degrees as well as a PhD in International Law and Studies. She is admitted to practice law in New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
Muditha is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She resides in Pittsford, New York with her husband and two sons.
